Fox Warrior Line is completely new for 2005 and is manufactured using the same technology as Soft Steel and Barbuster. Like all Fox monofilaments Warrior has a consistent diameter throughout the length and exceptional knot strength.

Warrior Carp line is formulated and extruded to Fox's own stringent specification. This has created a line that is affordable, economical and features qualities that have only ever been seen before on premium priced monofilaments. Warrior is extremely tough and hard wearing yet limp and manageable, incorporating a wet knot strength that is consistently strong and reliable. Tied correctly with grinner or palomar knots each of the line classes will provide a knot strength well in advabce of their stated loadings. Ultima Grey Granite - Super Abrasion Resistant Carp Line

Recent develpoments in polymer technology have allowed Ultima to obtain abrasion resistance unheard of a few years ago. The development of special polymers has meant that the abrasion resistance factors of Grey Granite has increased by over 400% in comparison with standard monofilament. Other essential elememts, like knot strength and linear strength have been maintained. Greyy Granite will cope with tough conditions with ease.

Shimano Technium - Specimen Carp Line 15lb/0.38mm

With its three-core construction, this specially designed reel line bridges the gap between braid and monofilament. A stretch factor of approximately 12%, almost half that of normal mon, means greater casting accuracy and more direct contact when playing fish. Hard wearing and highly abrasion resistant, its relatively low diameter aids longer casts meaning you can step up from 12lb to 15lb with no range loss but all the benefits of the extra breaking strain.
